What is our Secured Delivery ?
Secured delivery is an option you can select at checkout for any order, regardless its amount. It allows you to get updated information regarding your package tracking by email from us. This means you don’t have to check the status of your order via our tool.
We do provide an updated status as soon as the delivery services provide us with the tracking number. This occurs from the 8th day after the parcel is dispatched.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Scorpions store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, it takes around 8 business days for the delivery services to provide with a tracking number.
We do provide this tracking number upon request via email at email@example.com
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@scorpions-store with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for orders in EUROPE, and up to 30 days for orders in the USA, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and several photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
