WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?

All our orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours.

Delivery times are between 12 to 25 business days maximum for shipments within US and Europe.

Deliveries to French Overseas Departments and Territories can take between 20 and 40 days.

Our packages are shipped from our warehouses based in Osaka (Japan), Lisbon (Portugal), Shenzhen (China) and Nice (France).

We do our best to ship your orders as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

NOTE: Once the order is shipped, the delivery company is solely responsible for any delays.

WILL MY ORDER WILL BE IMPACTED BY COVID-19 ?

It is possible that an additional delay is to be expected for our goods shipped from our warehouses located in Europe and Asia territories.

Delays depend mainly on carriers and customs, not on our local teams.

During the month of August 2021 only 3.5% of our orders from Asia and Europe were impacted.

This epidemic will not affect the delivery itself. You just have to be a little patient.

DELIVERY FOR OVERSEAS FRANCE (DOM-TOM)

Deliveries to overseas France (DOM-TOM) are generally longer (up to 2 months from the day of the order) in order to remain financially accessible.

An additional cost for the delivery will be asked for the following departments and territories:

Delivery is free for any amount over 35 USD. We deliver our products all over the world.

There is no minimum quantity required per order.

Please refer to the prices displayed at checkout once you have selected your country.

Shipping costs are justified by the cost of transportation, automated packing and labor.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ?

It is possible to cancel your order.

However, once a shipping confirmation email is sent to you, it will not be possible to cancel or modify it. Usually we send you this email after 24h or 48h after receiving your order. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL(S) ?

At Scorpions Store, we check the status of your package.

If the delivery takes longer than expected, we do send you an email with some explanations.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO ?

It happens that a delay is possible. Once the order has been shipped, the deliverer is solely responsible. Please wait a few more days. We understand that it is never pleasant to wait, sincerely.

MY ORDER IS NOT COMPETE. WHAT CAN I DO ?

We ship your orders from different international warehouses (France, Portugal, China and Japan).

Our inventory is spread over several fulfillment centers in Europe and Asia so that you can receive your order as quickly as possible.

This means that orders containing multiple items can be shipped individually and received individually as well.

Don’t worry if you don’t receive all your items at the same time, the others are on their way too.

If you do not receive all your purchases within 15 business days, please contact us to review your shipment.

REFUNDS

We are only able to accept a refund in the event of a proven product defect.

Our items undergo strict quality control before each shipment.

Products in sale during the purchase cannot be refunded.

If your product has any kind of manufacturing defect, please send us several pictures of the product in question with your order number and a detailed description of the problem to contact@scorpions-store.com.

To qualify for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it (in the original packaging). You will then be asked to send us the package in France at your expense.

The postal address will then be communicated to you.

Once your package is received, we will refund you by a PAYPAL transfer the amount of the product in question within 14 working days. Products in sale during the puschase cannot be refunded.

I RECEIVED AN IMPORT TAX

Scorpions Store ships its products all over the world legally. However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of his country, we decline any responsibility.

IT IS MENTIONNED, ON MY PACKAGE, THAT THE VALUE OF THE ITEM IS 4 USD, IS IT TRUE?

No. This amount of 4 usd is indicated so that your package goes through customs without any problem (depending on its origin). Although it is easy to assume that such small items are cheap, they are not. They gain value because of their originality and rarity.

We do not sell any product at or below this price.

WHY DID WE DECIDE NOT TO SELL ANY REAL SCORPION ?
